The standard freezer service call is $78. The service call is $119 for a built-in freezer because access and diagnosis typically require additional handling. The applicable service-call charge is waived when you approve and complete the recommended repair. Final repair pricing depends on the diagnosis, parts, and labor required.

Yes, we service many built-in freezer models. The service call for a built-in unit is $119. Please provide the brand and model number when requesting service so we can confirm availability.
What should I do if my freezer stops freezing?
Keep the door closed as much as possible and move food to another safe cold-storage location when available. Contact us promptly and avoid attempting electrical or sealed-system repairs yourself.
Is your freezer repair covered by a warranty?
Qualifying repairs include a 90-day limited warranty on MAXPRO-provided parts and labor. Warranty coverage applies to the specific repair performed.
